I'm in need of a skilled CAD designer who can create a detailed 3D model for CNC machining from the attached 2D picture.

Requirements:
- Convert attached picture to an embossed 3D model, the 3D model should be tailored for CNC machining
- Proficient in CAD software for complex 3D modeling
- Understanding of the constraints and requirements specific to metal CNC machining
-Create embossed model to fit on 1.5" diameter coin
-Optional: Backside should read "Dr. Daley"

Experiences and Skills:
- Proven experience in creating 3D models for CNC machining
- A strong portfolio of metal CNC design projects
- In-depth knowledge of different materials and their CNC machining characteristics

The ideal freelancer for this project should be able to deliver a high-quality, ready-to-use 3D model optimized for CNC metal machining.
