Looking for 4x Round the Clock Customer Service / Call Center Virtual Assistants for a US based company.
Experience using HubSpot Preferred
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service and answering phones
• Great English – Written and Speaking skills
• Some selling over the phone or selling using a CRM experience is preferred
• ALWAYS talking with a smile!! - needs to be heard through the phone
• A headset (can be provided from us)
• Fast internet connection and reliable working computer
• Must be able to work in US time zone (CST)
• Ability to start right away
Working Options Below:
1st VA to work:
7am - 3pm CST weekdays
2nd VA to work:
3pm - 11pm CST weekdays
3rd VA to work:
11pm - 7am CST weekdays
4th VA to work:
Weekends, take calls for both days, See below options for weekend work / shifts: -
Option 1:
2x VAs to work part time, where one does all day Saturday, and one does all day Sunday.
Option 2:
2x VAs to work 7am - 3pm, 3pm – 11pm, 11pm - 7am CST to rotate weekends and have every 3rd weekend and get paid extra for each of those weekends.
Duties:
(1) Answering the phone on the first ring, booking appointments in HubSpot, and transferring calls, when necessary
(2) Placing immediate outbound phone calls to new leads or new people who have scheduled online telling them thank you and confirming some additional details and entering it into the system
(3) Monitoring the live chat feature of multiple websites
(4) Emailing/texting customers to remind them about upcoming appointments or working cold leads [during phone downtime]
(5) Sending thank you notes and notes to neighbors
(6) Working on other administrative or research tasks as assigned
